Aloha
My background is in health and social care, with over 33 years of experience supporting people across a wide range of needs. I take a trauma-sensitive and responsive approach, always aiming to create safe, inclusive, and person-centred environments that promote wellbeing and empowerment.

More recently, I was introduced to the beautiful and transformative practice of Lomi Lomi massage and was immediately captivated by its deep and powerful ability to down-regulate the nervous system and promote profound relaxation. I trained in Lomi Lomi with the wonderful Dan Joy and Laura Merrie, immersing myself in their approach that emphasises being slow, aware, and fully present in every touch. Since then, I have been practising consistently, finding immense joy and fulfilment in sharing this deeply loving and restorative practice with others. I consider it a true privilege to witness its ability to touch hearts, bring a sense of calm, connection, and renewal, and create a space for self-healing.

Through Lomi Lomi, my intention is always to connect with people in a way that honours their journey - gently supporting the heart, caring for the body, and bringing ease to the mind. I believe that each person holds a deep capacity for self-healing, and my role is to create a safe, compassionate space that nurtures that inner wisdom. I approach each interaction with presence and respect, empowering individuals to access their own inner strength, restore balance, and cultivate growth in a way that is both nurturing and transformative. Central to this is the profound power of rest - allowing the body and mind to pause, soften, and replenish, creating the conditions for true healing and renewal.
